SMS / Text Message Terms & Conditions

These SMS terms govern the Atnip Chiropractic text message program. They supplement our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.

How you opt in. We send text messages only to people who have given us express consent. You may opt in by checking the SMS consent box on a form on this website, by completing an in-office intake form that includes an SMS consent acknowledgment, by giving verbal consent to a staff member while scheduling, or by texting our office first. Consent to receive marketing or promotional text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services — you may submit any form on this site, and be treated as a patient, without agreeing to receive text messages.

Program operator: Atnip Chiropractic PLLC, 3000 Alvey Park Dr W Ste C, Owensboro, KY 42303
Types of messages: appointment reminders and confirmations, post-visit follow-ups, feedback requests, replies to inquiries you send us, office notifications (including changes to our operating hours), and — for those who opt in to them — wellness tips and promotional offers related to our chiropractic services.
Message frequency: varies based on your appointments and interactions with us; on average, up to 4–8 messages per month.
Rates: message and data rates may apply — check with your mobile carrier for details on your plan.
To opt out: reply STOP to any message at any time. You will receive a single confirmation, and no further messages will be sent unless you opt back in.

Carrier liability: carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on effective transmission from your mobile carrier and is not guaranteed by Atnip Chiropractic.
Age restriction: you must be 18 years of age or older to subscribe.

No sharing of mobile data. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are never shared with, sold, or rented to any third party. Sharing with subcontractors who support the program — such as our appointment management and messaging platforms — is permitted solely to deliver the messages described above.
